Is there any kind of record or usage limit on my account?
Absolutely not! Store as much client information and create as many customer records as you would like on SaraciseLink. You'll be charged a standard subscription rate month, which makes for easy budgeting and financial planning for your company.

You can also create as many clients accounts as you need and you won't be charged any differently if you need 1, 10 or 100 accounts.

Can I have multiple users or trainers keep track of their clients within one account?
Creating additional administrator accounts is easy to do and it won't add any fees to your monthly subscription rate. Additionally, there are no limits to the amount your users can utilize their accounts.


Can my clients access their logs at any time?
Absolutely, once they have access to their accounts they can use any of the features by logging in through your website.

Are printer friendly reports and information available in case I want to use them at a client session?
Yes. There are a number of reports and pages of information for each client and overall reporting that are available for you to print out to review or use during sessions with clients.

Who creates my clients accounts?
You can log into your company account and create accounts for your clients or a client can log onto your website and create their own account. You can choose to be notified each time a client or customer registers for an account.

Can I charge my clients a fee to utilize their online accounts?
It's up to you! If you choose to charge your clients, we make it easy to generate billing and usage reports on your clients and charge appropriately.

Can I customize the look of SaraciseLink when my customers log in?
We offer a logo option within your company settings and will even upload a logo for you when we create your account. When your clients log in, they will only see your branding and logo. In addition, any reference to SaraciseLink is well hidden within the client area - your customers will think you created the software!


What are the technical or system requirements to use SaraciseLink?
SaraciseLink will work on current operating systems (Windows, Mac, etc.) and any modern web browser (Internet Explorer 5.0+, Netscape 6.0+, Opera, Firefox, Safari). To access SaraciseLink, you must have an Internet connection. Because SaraciseLink is hosted software, those are the only technical requirements.

Do You Perform Data Backups? How often is data backed up?
Absolutely! We back up all client data on a daily basis. Data is backed up on separate backup server at the datacenter.

Is My Client Data Private?
All client data is kept private and is not sold, provided to or leased to any third party. All stored data and information is solely for our customers, and only our customers use.


Do I receive product updates?
Upgrades and support are included as part of your subscription and whenever we new features are developed or enhancements made, we roll them out to all of our customers.

How will I hear about product updates?
Frequently, we send out notification alerting our users to changes and updates. When we work on and deliver product updates, there are no files to download or install.

What is your policy on customer feedback? Do you listen to customer ideas for enhancements?
We're committed to constantly improving our software and tools by speaking with our customers on a daily basis, soliciting their ideas, feedback and suggestions. As a customer, you'll often see update e-mails from us regarding a new feature we're thinking about and we always close those messages by asking: "What do you think?"

We also recognize that some of our best ideas have come directly from our customers. Usually, a customer will start off by explaining a problem and saying: "It would be great if…" or "I wish I could…" and sure enough, an idea for a feature is born.

In other words, we love to hear from our customers; they're smart people and come up with great ideas and offer fantastic suggestions.


Do you offer a trial account? Can I try SaraciseLink before I buy it?
Unlike other software vendors who only offer limited "trial" version for 30 days, we offer our customers a 30-Day No Risk guarantee policy. If, after 30 days of using SaraciseLink, you're not happy - we'll refund your subscription. It's as simple as that! We want you to feel secure in your decision to go with SaraciseLink! How often will I be billed?
We bill our customers on a monthly basis. You may be invoiced or we can keep your credit card information on file with us if you would like to reduce paperwork.

Do I have to sign a contact or make a long-term commitment to SaraciseLink?
Not at all. We bill on a month-to-month basis. If you cancel, you are billed only for the current month and will not be billed again.
